Shenesin AW is a new generation of acrylic resin retanning agent. It is very effective to fill up the loose parts of leathers. Compared with conventional acrylic resin retanning agent:
Shenesin AW has much lower astringency and does not shrink the leather
Shenesin AW has much less bleaching effect on dyeing and allows the leathers to be dyed to deep shades
Shenesin AW retains the characteristic of chrome leather. The leathers retanned with Shenesin AW are uniform and soft with smooth grain and nearly no plastic handle
Shenesin AW can fix the chrome in leather and prevent chrome release into processing float thus reduces the chrome content in the residual floats of leather production.

【Application】
Shenesin AW normally is diluted 1 to 3 with warm water before addition.
Shenesin AW is sensitive to acid (the product itself precipitates when pH is below 5 ) thus will be added after proper neutralization.
The dosage is normally 2% to 8% based on shaved weight.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenesin AW is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 8℃ and 40℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
